Finance Manager

Maserati Houston is looking for a results-driven, experienced Finance Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Present and structure financing and leasing solutions tailored to each client's needs Sell F&I products including extended warranties, GAP, tire and wheel, and prepaid maintenance Manage relationships with lending institutions and captive finance partners to secure competitive approvals Prepare, review, and process all finance contracts and deal documentation accurately and efficiently Ensure full compliance with OFAC, Red Flag, Truth in Lending, and all applicable state and federal regulations Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless, white-glove transition from sale to delivery Monitor and improve key F&I metrics: PVR, product penetration, and CSI Stay current on lender programs, rate changes, and manufacturer finance incentives Requirements 2-3 years minimum of automotive F&I or finance management experience — required Demonstrated track record of strong PVR and product penetration performance Solid working knowledge of dealership compliance requirements and lender guidelines Proficiency with CDK, Dealertrack and eContracting.
