Requirements:
Prime Communications is AT&T's largest privately held authorized retailer, with nearly 2,000 retail stores coast-to-coast. We are looking to hire a Flagship Revenue Manager to support the growing needs of our Flagship store portfolio. The Department functions to execute activities in the areas of Sales Performance, Revenue Growth, Workforce Optimization, Customer Experience, and Operational Excellence. The individual will be responsible for driving and monitoring business performance across flagship locations to ensure revenue growth, operational efficiency, and premium customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with Field leaders (District Manager, Market Director, VP) to develop solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency Interpret and implement operational practices/policies and propose improvements to overall business processes Independently analyze KPI and sales performance metrics, identify trends and address opportunities across Flagship locations Analyze key revenue drivers (PPVGA, FIBER, AIA, Accessory, Protection) and collaborate with Field leaders to improve store performance and profitability Identify opportunities in workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing to optimize payroll efficiency and sales productivity Implement solutions to improve workforce management including forecasting, scheduling optimization, and real-time adherence Analyze performance data to drive improvements in employee engagement, retention, and overall productivity Evaluate staffing composition (headcount, tenure, skill alignment) and partner with Recruiting and HR to strengthen bench and retention strategies Drive accountability through recurring business reviews, coaching cadences, and performance action plans Evaluate historical trends to develop sales forecasts and support goal attainment across Flagship locations Communicate with Field leaders regularly and maintain strong working relationships with Store leadership Assist with streamlining reporting in Excel to reduce manual effort and improve visibility Analyze store operating expenses (Payroll, Shrinkage, Deactivations) to identify efficiency opportunities and reduce OPEX Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Recruiting, Training, Operations, IT, Supply Chain) to resolve store needs and enhance support Perform other ad hoc analysis as required
