Base Salary:

$125,000 - $150,000 About the Opportunity The Accounting Manager will play a key role in building and scaling the accounting function for two new manufacturing facilities in Georgetown and Taylor, TX. This is a high-impact position focused on system implementation, IFRS to GAAP transition, and establishing processes in a fast-growing, startup-like manufacturing environment backed by a public parent company.

TBD Key Responsibilities Lead setup and optimization of accounting systems (SAP environment) Manage IFRS to GAAP conversion and ensure U.S. compliance Oversee month-end close process, including first U.S. close Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages Perform variance analysis and financial analysis Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Partner with leadership to scale accounting operations alongside plant growth Support process improvements and system enhancements Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field CPA required 10+ years of accounting experience 2-3+ years of leadership/management experience Strong experience with financial reporting and month-end close ERP system experience required (SAP preferred) Mandarin fluency required About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
