(Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred 2+ years of leadership experience Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required Strong expertise in financial reporting, GL accounting, and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

Preferred:

CPA, cost accounting, inventory & fixed assets experience

Job Duties:

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll support, and General Ledger functions Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy Supervise and develop accounting staff; drive performance and growth Maintain GAAP compliance , internal controls, and audit readiness Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Sales, HR, Supply Chain) Identify and implement process improvements and automation Optimize NetSuite ERP and ensure data accuracy Support audits, tax reporting, and policy development Why This Opportunity?•Benefits Because your career should move forward, not stand still.
