Accounting Manager Revenue & Treasury

We are seeking an Accounting Manager - Revenue & Treasury to support our accounting operations and report directly to the Controller. This is a hands-on accounting role responsible for revenue controls, banking activity, cash reconciliation, treasury support, tax compliance, and month-end close support. This position will work closely with our Payables & Asset Accounting Manager as part of a growing accounting function. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Verify and reconcile daily banking activity to internal systems Monitor customer payments, posting accuracy, and cash-related activity Review and close daily cash control items Prepare bank reconciliations and supporting schedules Log and track rental taxes, including HEIT, MVR, and similar items Prepare weekly cash and revenue reports for leadership Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare tax filings, property renditions, and related compliance documentation as assigned Support lender reporting, treasury support, and internal accounting procedures Review account activity, identify discrepancies, and help resolve accounting issues Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and documentation Help improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and internal processes Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications:

Strong accounting experience required Solid understanding of GAAP Experience with cash controls, bank reconciliations, revenue-related accounting, and close processes Experience with tax filings, reporting, or compliance support is preferred Experience with ABL (asset-based lending), lender reporting, or borrowing base support is a plus Strong Excel and accounting software skills Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal teams Connect Rentals is a growing company looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, supports the team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
