Overview Nature's Sunshine is seeking a data-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Commercial Analytics intern to support deep-dive analysis across promotions, customer behavior, and sales compensation structures. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models and perform data analysis Execute analytics, including evaluating promotion effectiveness, analyzing sales plan profitability and incentive frameworks Support development of simple predictive insights (e.g., purchase timing and propensity) Analyze business performance and help identify trends, risks, and opportunities Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Support preparation of presentations for leadership, including business reviews and KPI tracking Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and improve data visibility Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, Economics (quant-focused), Industrial Engineering, or MIS, with a clear interest in data-driven problem solving rather than strategy Strong quantitative and statistical skills Demonstrated ability to work with data hands-on. (Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a strong plus but not required) Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint Interest in financial modeling, business analysis, and data Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Nature's Sunshine is dedicated to being a Force of Nature that champions social and environmental wellness.
