Job Summary The Finance Manager, reporting to the CEO Snow Grooming U.S., is responsible for overseeing financial performance across multiple U.S. Regional Distribution centers (RDC). This role ensures strong financial controls, multi-state compliance, operational profitability, and strategic alignment with North American and European headquarters' processes and objectives. The Finance Manager acts as a business partner to Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations leadership, supporting both equipment distribution and aftermarket service performance.What You'll Do:
Ensure the effective management of financial resources and contribute to the improvement of processes and internal controls through the following activities: Coordinate all monthly and annual activities related to the preparation of financial statements, budget, and financial forecasts, in accordance with the requirements of the European headquarter. Develop, prepare, and present various financial reports and analyses to support informed decision making and ensure smooth business operations. Monitor development and capital investment projects. Actively act as an important participant in the audit process for the U.S. entity to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. Manage Sales Tax compliance and contribute to the U.S. corporate tax filings. Apply recognized accounting standards and validate the accuracy of financial information in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and applicable internal controls. Participate in cross-functional meetings with other teams/departments as part of special or innovative projects; Manage the full treasury cycle and optimize Working Capital.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or Accounting. You are a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant); You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. You have advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, and use them with ease. Experience with SAP is considered a strong asset.What We Offer:
