Automotive Finance Manager Responsibilities Meet with customers to discuss their financing and insurance options, providing clear and accurate information to help them make informed decisions. Work with financial institutions to secure the best possible financing terms for customers, including interest rates, loan terms, and payment plans. Establish and reach monthly finance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks Prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements. Support the sales managers during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and programs Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications Requires a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline strongly preferred Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining financial integrity and customer satisfaction. Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatory Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software.
