In this leadership role, you'll oversee key accounting functions, including general ledger, cash management, and fixed asset budgeting while supporting accurate financial reporting, audits, and tax filings. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger oversight and financial statement preparation. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing senior-level accounting professionals. Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting. Experience leading month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Experience supporting internal and external audits and preparing audit schedules and documentation. Demonstrated experience applying accounting best practices and improving system efficiency, workflow standardization, or automation.
