Finance Top Performer Recognition Work for a franchise dealer with a great reputation Responsibilities Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals Generate financial income from all sold customers Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions Contract or collect all money at closing Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals Maintain a working knowledge of leases Assist in acquiring approval from lenders Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders Solicit extended warranty sales Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc. Requirements Three years or more of Automotive Finance Experience (Required) Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability Well-versed in title laws and the registration process Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills Be well organized, and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the
