Accounting Manager | Reston, VA (on-site) | $120-130K + 15% bonus target Are you a CPA with a strong public accounting foundation ready to step into a high-visibility leadership role? We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a dynamic corporate accounting team and help lead core accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. This opportunity is especially well suited for candidates coming from public accounting, ideally with experience at a Top 20 national firm, Big 4, or large regional firm, who are ready to apply their technical expertise and leadership skills in a growing corporate environment. SEC/PCAOB
control requirements Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive operational and business value Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a polished, detail-oriented accounting leader who brings the discipline of public accounting along with the ability to improve processes, develop people, and operate effectively in a fast-paced corporate setting.
