Finance Manager ProspectBlue's manufacturing client is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Richmond-based team. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, driving strategic decision-making, and turning complex financial data into actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for business operations. Provide insights and recommendations that help drive profitability and support key business decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and evaluate business opportunities. Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making. Analyze market, customer, and competitive trends to identify risks and growth opportunities. Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, industrial, or related sectors. Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions. Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
