Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping functions including processing PO information, Joint checks and GC Contracts.
  • Billing and invoice processes, including AIA, GC Pay, Textura, and through our ERP system.
  • Insurance Administration, e.g., workers' comp., general liability, building and hazard, auto, and health to name just a few.
  • Customer service.
  • General problem solving.
  • Making sure bills get paid on time. Alleviate all late fees.
  • The keeping of and process of data issues related to Company security.
  • Managing Info. Flow thru subordinates with follow thru an accountability.
  • Preparing Budgets, Business Documentations & Reports.
  • Minimizing expenditures and helping develop budgets.
  • Payroll, including certified payroll.
  • Liability calculations.
  • Sales and use taxes.
  • Preparing year end information for the Accountant.
  • Job costing.
  • Calculating WIP.
  • Coordinate IT upgrades and repairs on all office equipment.
HUMAN RESOURCES
  • Attendance Record keeping,
  • Benefit Records,
  • Enforcing office protocols,
  • Compensation packages, Including developing bonus/profit sharing systems.
  • Confidentiality of Information, etc...
  • OSHA and Safety measures, and drug testing.
  • Onboarding new hires.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office and managing computer software.
  • QuickBooks, A/P, A/R, General Ledger, and our ERP system.
  • Ability to manage managers. 1-2 people
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Effective organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Congenial, Confident, Punctual. Must lead by example.
  • Professional customer service representation.
  • Senior Management type skills.
