Poly Description Markon is seeking a Business/Financial Manager to serve as a Deployed Business Enterprise resource supporting budget execution, pricing, and financial analysis functions within the Intelligence Community. This role supports financial planning, budget management, pricing development, cost analysis, and financial reporting activities in support of mission and business objectives. The position works closely with Government stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accurate financial management, data integrity, and successful program execution. Responsibilities Support budget execution, financial planning, and pricing activities Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, and financial analysis reports Track and maintain program and project budgets Prepare and review financial statements, accruals, and expenditure reports Conduct financial analysis to support resource planning and decision-making Reconcile expenditures and resolve financial discrepancies Support procurement activities through cost analysis and documentation review Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data Develop and maintain financial documentation, SOPs, and process flows Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed Coordinate with Government stakeholders and internal teams to support mission objectives Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with active Polygraph required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required 3-5 years of experience in financial management, budget execution, pricing, or financial analysis within a government or contracting environment Proven consulting experience and ability to manage customer relationships Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Strong accounting and financial management background Experience developing pricing models, cost estimates, and supporting budget execution activities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills Excellent communication and liaison capabilities Experience supporting a Federal Working Capital Fund environment preferred Familiarity with Agency systems, processes, and organizational structures preferred Experience with financial management systems or ERP tools such as Costpoint, Unanet, or SAP preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Salary Range USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
