A family-owned business, we've been serving customers for 16 years. The finance managers follow a rotating schedule, allowing them one weekend off per month, average 40-50 deals per finance. Requirements Bilingual English and Spanish (preffered) Must have a valid Washington State Drivers License High School Diploma or equivalent Must have at least 4 years of automotive Finance Managerial experience Strong attention to detail Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, e-mail and other software Ability to work well and excel in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Professional appearance and work ethic Benefits of biligual Automotive Finance Manager Oppertunity to work with the largest independent used car dealership in WA. Responsibilities of biligual Automotive Finance Manager Greets customer to quickly and effectively transition from Sale to Finance during their vehicle purchase process Responds to all customer inquiries promptly Gains superior product knowledge to effectively recommend financing options Determines customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process Presents a transparent pricing menu to customers, detailing their financing options as well as information about other available services Follows up with customers to ensure satisfactions Establishes and maintains strong relationships with lenders Maintains and average of $3,000/per copy Prepares all deal packages with complete and proper documentation (highly important) Ethically secures, processes, and finalizes finance transactions including lender approval and ensures 100% compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations Understands the Bushing Laws and ensure compliance by meeting all deadlines associated with the Bushing Laws Understands the Implied Warranty Laws and ensures compliance with appropriate documentation Completes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to transactions thoroughly and submits to the dealership's Administration Department in a timely manner Collects all relevant and necessary documentation for the loan and the sale—both for financed and cash deals Knows sales quotas, and at a minimum, meets and maintains such quotas Strives to achieve the highest product penetration Other duties as assigned
