Controller / Office Manager Cashmere, WA | On-Site $95,000 - $135,000 + Benefits Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Controller / Office Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, job costing, payroll, budgeting, and office operations for a growing construction company. Responsibilities Manage AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and job cost accounting Prepare monthly and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Track project costs, profitability, retainage, and billing Coordinate with CPA on year-end reporting and audits Oversee office administration and HR-related processes Support leadership with financial analysis and strategic planning Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience Construction or contracting industry experience strongly preferred Strong job cost accounting experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounting software Preferred CPA or CMA Experience with general contractors or subcontractors Supervisory experience #
