Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours | 100% On-Site Compensation The salary range for this position is expected to be between $170,000.00-$200,000.00 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible to participate in the Annual Cash Incentive Plan, with a targeted bonus of 17.5% based on division performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to provide broad leadership and oversight across administrative functions. This highly visible role serves as the primary advisor to Division staff on administration of programs and systems, interfacing directly with customers, external agencies, and corporate leadership as required. This position offers significant long-term growth potential, with direct influence on profitable division growth, customer service strategy, and longer-term organizational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Administer and oversee division-wide administrative programs and systems across multiple functional areas including Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Marketing/Contracts, and Communications. 2. Develop and implement new processes and efficiency improvements to resolve administrative systems challenges; create guidelines and policies for division-wide use. 3. Interpret and translate internal and external customer requirements into actionable strategies; develop objective and subjective performance measures to evaluate program outcomes. 4. Deploy resources effectively and assist other team leaders in the appropriate allocation of people and capital in support of division objectives. 5. Represent Parker EMFD to government agencies and customer audiences; initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels. 6. Make independent decisions with major profit and loss impact; exercise sound financial judgment in controlling costs and implementing programs with division-wide effect. 7. Lead and develop a team of professionals and team leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Qualifications Required 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline. 2. 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years of increasing responsibility in project and team leadership. 3. Thorough understanding of business and financial systems and controls, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements. 4. Demonstrated ability to control costs and implement programs with division-wide impact. 5. Highly effective at developing and maintaining customer and internal client relationships. 6. Strong teamwork and team-building skills; ability to assess and develop individual and team capabilities. Preferred 1. M.B.A. or a relevant professional designation (e.g., CPA, CMA). 2. Specialized training or experience in finance, information technology, or a related administrative discipline. 3. Prior experience representing an organization to government agencies or external customer audiences. Benefits 1.
