Job Description
Ownership of key financial deliverables such as close, forecast, budget and reporting. Perform analysis and research of present and future performance to deliver key business insights and financial results Collaborate with business leaders to define action plans based on insights and business objectives Develop user friendly reports and communications that are audience specific to ensure clarity, drive alignment, and enable effective management and decision-making. Partner with teams to develop robust LTV insights and competitive benchmarks Drive business to achieve or beat business and financial growth targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
