Salary:
$190,000 - $240,000 per year A bit about us: We are a full-service law firm with a nationally respected Investment Management practice advising institutional investors across the United States.   • Be part of a firm that actively supports pro bono and public service work, including impactful matters protecting vulnerable communities Job Details We are seeking an Investment Management Associate with 3-5 years of relevant transactional experience to join our growing practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with institutional investors or other sophisticated investment clients and will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Advise institutional investors on traditional and alternative investment transactions Review, draft, and negotiate complex investment and fund documentation Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders Take ownership of significant components of matters while contributing as a team member Qualifications 3-5 years of investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or related transactional experience JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and writing skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to process and manage large, complex documents efficiently Strong communication and negotiation skills Client-service mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Interested in hearing more?
