Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the finance and insurance process
• Educate customer about available warranties and other products available
• Conduct credit analysis and determine appropriate financing options for customers
• Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for finance and insurance transactions and work with customers and institutions to obtain the most favorable rate available
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and insurance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dealership financing a plus
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes, including TILA regulations
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
