Description Selling Partner Financial Technology's (SPFT) vision is to enable every Selling Partner to thrive and grow into a global selling success through providing a financial experience with unparalleled trust that delights all Selling Partners regardless of how they interact with Amazon. We support WW Selling Partners (SP) and internal customers with an intuitive end-to-end financial management experience, reliable accounting and tax solutions, and financial technology services to accurately calculate, book, and bill Vendor Funding (VF). We support millions of sellers across multiple businesses and multiple Retail Vendors. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager. In this role, they will own and lead significantly complex programs and processes that span our wide stakeholder base (Selling Partners, Amazon businesses, Finance, Accounting) on behalf of sellers. They will own go-to-market strategy and execution, and also own engagement and communication with cross-organizational stakeholders. They will collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and business owners across organizational boundaries to delight our customers and enhance their end-to-end financial experience. This program leader will advocate for simplification and challenge their team to look around corners, for more optimal and innovative ways. They will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be analytically fluent, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. They can deconstruct high-level concepts into concise, clear executive communications. Key job responsibilities
  • Design and own comprehensive program strategies and processes that drive support business objectives, product launches, and operational improvements.
  • Own and lead go-to-market program strategy and execution for product launches and enhancements
  • Design and implement engagement models for complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  • Own business performance measurement, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities, track performance, and implement continuous improvements
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting clear insights and recommendations Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
