Your Responsibilities:

Building a quality sales team. Leading, motivating, and training our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. implementing our effective sales strategies to sell & buy more vehicles. Structure deals, manage inventory, and be able to maximize Gross Profit. Builds customer experience. Our customers are the most important part of our business. What you bring to the table: Sales & finance management experience at a used vehicle dealership. Experience in deal structuring, inventory management, and profit optimization. Good & effective leadership, communication, and the willingness to work as a team. Ability to adapt to our training, processes & to bring your ideas as well. Ability to meet & exceed sales goals.
