Job Description

Job Overview Corbett Construction & Realty is a fast-growing real estate and construction company focused on building high-quality homes and delivering a premium client experience across buying, selling, and building. We are hiring a Head of Finance & Administration to manage our day-to-day accounting and administrative functions while growing into a leadership role overseeing the department as the company scales. This role starts hands-on and will evolve into a leadership position for the right person.
Responsibilities Accounting & Finance:
Manage day-to-day accounting (A/R, A/P, reconciliations, job costing) Maintain accurate financials in QuickBooks Track cash flow and assist with forecasting Prepare monthly financial reports Support budgeting and cost tracking across construction and realty
Administration:
Oversee insurance policies and compliance Manage contracts, documentation, and internal systems Assist with basic HR and benefits administration Support general office operations and organization
Growth & Leadership:
Help improve financial systems and processes Assist ownership with financial visibility and reporting Grow into leading the finance and business administration department over time Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience Business administration experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks or similar software Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to take on both accounting and administrative tasks
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
