PROFESSIONAL FINANCE MANAGER
Bachrodt Baraboo Motors
  • Baraboo, Wisconsin We are looking for a proven Finance Manager to join our growing team at Bachrodt Baraboo Motors.
We need a professional who knows how to structure deals, build strong lender relationships, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
Strong Sub Prime experience Excellent bank and lender relationships Strong menu selling and product presentation skills Ethical and customer-focused Outstanding communication and closing ability Ability to structure and get difficult deals bought Strong compliance and paperwork skills Team-oriented with a winning attitude
Performance Expectations:
Minimum $2,000 PVR 50% warranty penetration goal Strong product penetration across all finance products Deliver a professional and transparent finance experience Work closely with sales management to maximize opportunities
