Role:
The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager plays a critical role in the automotive sales process by managing all aspects of vehicle financing and insurance products. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the financing options available, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maximizing dealership profitability through effective product presentation and sales. The F&I Manager collaborates closely with sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining high ethical standards. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and insurance offerings to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Ultimately, the F&I Manager ensures that all financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.BENEFITS

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. Valid state driver's license and clean driving record. Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with dealership management software and finance-related technology platforms. Background in credit analysis or underwriting. Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws related to vehicle financing. Previous automotive experience in finance and a proven track record of building successful relationships with lending institutions Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success Professionalism Confidence working with computers and programs Ability to communicate through e-mails, phones and textResponsibilities:
Complete and fund all vehicle purchase documentation and ensure collection of all monies within 10 days. Review customer credit, recommend appropriate financing terms, and submit applications to suitable funding sources. Present and sell financing, leasing, insurance, service contracts, GAP, and protection products in a professional manner. Manage 100% customer turnover from sales and coordinate closely with sales staff to finalize contracts and vehicle delivery. Gather, prepare, and review all required documentation to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met. Maintain strong relationships with lenders, insurance providers, and finance sources to secure competitive offerings. Communicate application status to sales staff and managers no later than the next business day. Train and support dealership staff on F&I processes, compliance, and best practices. Monitor F&I performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Safeguard all customer information in accordance with privacy and security laws.
