Job Description
A growing organization is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager/Controller to support accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities.
This role will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting the close process, and enhancing accounting operations in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisSupport month-end close to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reportingReconcile cash activity and record related entriesPrepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations with proper documentation and follow-upAssist with revenue-related accounting, including monthly reconciliation and analysisSupport multi-entity accounting activities, including intercompany transactionsAssist with indirect tax filings and maintain supporting documentationSupport year-end audit readiness, including schedules and audit supportPartner cross-functionally to investigate discrepancies and improve reporting accuracyIdentify opportunities for process improvements, documentation, and internal controls
