Description:
We have an immediate opportunity for a d Services and Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for leading the d Services function and ensuring effective service delivery across payroll, accounts payable, cash application, expense reporting, and the month-end close process. The d Services and Accounting Manager will provide accurate and timely financial information to the Controller group, including support for general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and related financial analysis. In addition to day-to-day accounting leadership, this role will collaborate with senior finance leadership to develop and execute a shared services strategy encompassing people, process, and technology. The position will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, standardization, and overall effectiveness of transaction processing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA license and experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Strong accounting foundation, including balance sheet reconciliations, accrual accounting, and a solid understanding of debits and credits Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP environment Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate financial information Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities Drug Free Workplace Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
