Job Description

Midway Auto & RV is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team in Cody, Wyoming . This is not an entry-level opportunity. Midway is a fast-paced, high-volume dealership, and we are looking for someone who can step in immediately, manage deal flow efficiently, and contribute from day one. Midway Auto & RV offers one of the region's largest selections of: Pre-owned vehicles New & used RVs Boats & marine inventory With strong dealership traffic, aggressive marketing, and multiple product categories, there is significant opportunity for a motivated F&I professional to build substantial income. RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer financing and insurance products to customers while providing a complete explanation of available protection products, extended service contracts, and dealership programs Work with customers and lending institutions to secure financing options that fit customer needs while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations Prepare all required documentation accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership policies and legal requirements Maintain strong working relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to secure competitive programs and approvals Work closely with the Sales team to ensure every customer is introduced to the F&I department and understands available financing and protection options Present products professionally while enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing profitability Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and compliant manner Assist with additional duties and dealership initiatives as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two years of automotive, RV, marine, or powersports F&I experience preferred Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment Strong understanding of finance structure, lender programs, compliance, and product presentation Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong computer, internet, and paperwork management skills Self-motivated, dependable, and performance-driven
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
Compensation is commission-based with additional bonuses tied to production and penetration goals. High performers will have significant earning potential ($70 - 130K+).

$72,762.99 - $159,198.44 per year
