About Whisler Chevrolet Whisler Chevrolet is a full-service GM franchise dealership serving Rock Springs, Green River, and the greater Sweetwater County area. We are growing and looking for driven, professional individuals who want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. About the Role This is a dual-role position designed for a motivated automotive professional who thrives in both a customer-facing sales environment and a detail-oriented finance setting. The right candidate will manage the full vehicle sales process from initial greeting through contract signing, and will serve as backup support for our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department when needed. This is not a traditional sales-only position. We are looking for someone who understands — or is eager to learn — the finance side of the dealership, including deal structuring, lender relationships, and product presentation. If you have experience in both sales and F&I, or strong sales experience and a desire to grow into F&I, this role is for you. Sales Responsibilities Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process — from initial inquiry through delivery Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right vehicle Present vehicle features, pricing, and available incentives clearly and professionally Negotiate purchase agreements in a manner consistent with dealership guidelines Follow up with prospective customers to maintain pipeline and close deals Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, manufacturer programs, and competitive offerings F&I Backup Responsibilities Step into the Finance & Insurance office to support deal processing as needed Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products to customers Structure deals in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies Process finance contracts accurately using Dealertrack Maintain knowledge of current lender programs, rates, and approval requirements Ensure all deal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to funding Support a smooth transition from the sales floor to the finance office for every What we're looking for F&I experience or strong desire to learn the finance desk Dealertrack experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you must enjoy working with people High attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ability to work a variable schedule including Saturdays Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check What we offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure Opportunity to grow into a full-time F&I Manager role Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment in a family-owned store

$50,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
