Job Description
Position Overview This role is designed to support management and help ensure daily dealership operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and ready to step into a variety of responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist Sales and Finance Manager with daily operational tasks Provide support for customer service, including handling escalations Monitor inventory and maintain organized lot conditions Help coordinate appointments and manage customer flow Support both sales and service departments Ensure dealership processes and procedures are consistently followed Promote team accountability and a positive work environment Provide general dealership support as needed Requirements Strong work ethic and dependability Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed Solid communication and interpersonal skills Leadership mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability Dealership experience is a plus, but not required Availability to work
