Finance Administrator & Contract Specialist Position Type:
Full-Time (5 days a week, Saturdays are required )

We are seeking a Finance Administrator & Contract Specialist to become the backstop of our dealership. In this role, details matter hugely. You will be the final line of defense ensuring every transaction is flawless, every dollar is accounted for, and every contract is perfectly executed.
The Best of Both Worlds:
Unlike traditional dealership finance roles, our Sales Management team ("The Desk") handles 90% of the upfront selling. That means no high-pressure, commission-only stress for you. This is a stable, salary-based career where your primary focus is elite organization, strict compliance, cash management, and precision paperwork—mixed with a willingness to learn the basic sales and presentation skills needed to finalize client options. We actually prefer candidates without previous automotive experience! If you have a background in banking, administrative work, accounting, or general office management, we want to train you to do things our way and grow with our company.
What You'll Do:
Be the
Backstop:
Act as the final, crucial checkpoint for the dealership, ensuring 100% accuracy across all contracts, financial paperwork, and system entries before a vehicle leaves the lot.
Financial & Cash Management:
Responsibly manage daily cash-counting, verify deal funding, and ensure all financial transactions are perfectly reconciled.
Dealership Logistics:
Take ownership of inputting and managing contracts, tracking paperwork, and efficiently submitting title work to keep the office running seamlessly.
The Customer Champion:
Guide customers through their final paperwork, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and high-energy delivery experience. What You Bring to the

Full-time, 5 days a week, with Saturdays being a must (our busiest and most exciting day!).
