Full Job Description Finance Clerk:
The Finance Clerk is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting office operations, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with computers, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Finance Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of financial and administrative processes across the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge or experience with financial software such as Xero, Suralink, or BILL. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.
Qualifications:
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED, with at least one (1) year of administrative or accounting experience. Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to travel occasionally for training or other purposes. Applicants may apply one of two ways.
