Job Title:
Nonprofit Finance Data Entry SpecialistOverview:
Our Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in nonprofit finance. This role will play a vital part in supporting accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain financial data related to nonprofit transactions in our accounting systems (with an emphasis on MIP software).Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data input.

Support accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation tasks as assigned.

Assist in generating financial reports for grants, audits, and compliance requirements.

Uphold strict confidentiality and data integrity policies.

Collaborate with finance team members to support timely month-end and year-end closing procedures.
