Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
College associate degree, diploma or equivalent
Experience:
A minimum of one-year related working experience

(s) Experience in a municipal or government setting Experience in software applications Tell me more... The purpose of this position is to provide technical administrative support to the department director, managers, and elected officials. This is accomplished by completing clerical tasks including processing and recording transactions, conducting routine research and preparing reports, reviewing materials, maintaining schedules, and compiling and distributing agenda information. Other duties include preparing or planning special events, answering questions and providing information to the public, assisting with budget input, monitoring interactions with elected officials, creating journal entries, researching discrepancies, providing accounting support, reconciling accounts, and serving on boards and commissions.
