This position will play an important role in helping strengthen our financial operations, improve accounting processes, and provide leadership with meaningful financial insights to support business growth. Responsibilities Analyze company financial performance and prepare reports for management Assist leadership in evaluating financial opportunities and investment decisions Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency Help develop and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, and best practices Review financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Support month-end and year-end accounting processes Work closely with accounting staff to improve processes and maintain accuracy Review expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings Assist with financial reporting and business performance analysis Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned Experience 2-5 years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred Experience improving business processes and internal controls Exposure to financial planning and investment analysis Experience supporting growing organizations CPA candidate, CMA candidate, or similar professional development is a plus

Pay:

$33.65 - $38.46 per hour
