Looking for an individual who is both strategic and hands on to lead the Finance/Accounting and Human Resources departments. This position will be hybrid with a minimum of two days onsite. Base salary range is 250-300k plus 20%-30% annual bonus plus equity. The candidate should have experience in the following areas: 1) Budgeting/Forecasting-Financial Modeling 2) Board Presentations 3) Manage and streamline close and process for the finance, accounting, and HR teams 4) Cash Management(Treasury functions) and Compliance(GAAP, Audit) 5) Royalties, Licensing, Revenue Recognition 6) Netsuite, Oracle, ERP implementation exp 7) Industry experience from Software, Semiconductor, SAAS, or similar industry All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
