Automotive Finance Specialist

We are hiring a Finance Specialist to ensure every deal moves efficiently from approval to funding. This is a detail-critical role responsible for accuracy, compliance, and speed. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and Sales team to prevent delays, errors, and funding issues. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review finance contracts for accuracy and completeness Verify customer documentation (ID, income, insurance, etc.) Submit deals to lenders and follow up on approvals Track deal status from submission to funding Resolve funding delays proactively with lenders Maintain accurate CRM and deal records Ensure compliance with internal and state requirements KPIs / Success Metrics Deal Funding Time (fast turnaround) Contract Error Rate (target: near zero) Funding Completion Rate Documentation Accuracy CRM/Data Integrity Required Experience 3-5 years in dealership admin, finance, or related role Strong attention to detail and process discipline Familiarity with finance paperwork and lender processes Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
