Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries Process payroll accurately and on schedule using payroll software Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close packages Track job costing for residential electrification projects (solar, EVSEs, HVAC, and more) Maintain vendor relationships, process invoices, and manage expense reporting Support tax preparation and serve as liaison with the company's CPA or accounting firm Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose improvements Produce clean, accurate financial reports for leadership to support confident decision-making
