About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Finance Intern to support the Finance team while gaining hands-on experience across key areas including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Cash Operations. This role offers a structured opportunity to learn core hotel finance processes, work with industry systems, and contribute to daily financial activities in a luxury hospitality environment. What you will do:

Participate in a structured Finance rotation program, gaining exposure to key functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Cash Management. Support day-to-day financial operations, with hands-on experience in systems such as BirchStreet for invoice processing, purchasing, and vendor coordination. Assist with billing, collections, and account reconciliation activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Learn and provide backup support for General Cashier responsibilities, including cash handling procedures and financial controls. Shadow the Assistant Director of Finance to gain insight into higher-level finance functions such as forecasting, budgeting, contract review, and capital planning.

What you bring:

Progressing towards a finance related degree is preferred Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States What we offer:
