Job Summary We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Financial Service Specialist to be a key part of our branch team. You'll provide top-notch service, build relationships, handle transactions, and support customers in achieving their financial goals. What You'll Do Open new checking, savings, and certificate accounts Assist customers with transactions and account questions Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs Perform daily teller duties with accuracy and care Support lending staff with documentation and customer inquiries Troubleshoot account issues and provide resolutions Represent First FarmBank with professionalism and positivity What We're Looking For 1+ year of banking or customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with solid math and reasoning abilities Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with banking software like Precision/BPM is a bonus!
