at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description The Fiscal Advisor I-III position provides an opportunity to support meaningful financial operations by analyzing and processing financial transactions, monitoring budgets and expenditures, preparing reports and reconciliations, supporting capital project financial activity, and ensuring compliance with state policies, procedures, contracts, and accounting standards. This role partners with internal teams and program areas to provide financial guidance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the responsible management of public resources. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
