This new team member will be responsible for the following: Cold Call potential Candidates for hire, selling them a great new opportunity Work with Existing Grayling clients to support all Internal Administration and Advisor support recruiting needs. Recruiting Financial Advisors and Support Staff for client companies Work with Grayling team to drive activity and process Use phone calls, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates Meet with candidates by phone or Teams to screen Write descriptions for job ads and summaries of candidates to send to clients Phone and Virtual Face to Face skills are necessary for success!

Supplemental Pay:

Salary of $50,000 Bonus pay Commission pay On target earnings for year one: $100K-$125
