This role is responsible for processing bill payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, making deposits, and updating QuickBooks. The Financial Services Support Specialist works closely with residents, family members, financial institutions, and professional advisors to ensure financial obligations are met accurately and on time. Additional responsibilities include reviewing account activity, monitoring budgets, assisting with tax-related documentation, maintaining client files, and supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience, strong computer and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a high degree of patience and professionalism when working with the senior population. An associate degree in accounting or related coursework is preferred, along with at least five years of bookkeeping, banking, or similar financial services experience.
