Position Summary AutoPayPlus is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing Financial Services Support Team. In this role, you will assist members with account questions, payment schedules, program benefits, and issue resolution while providing a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience. Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of customer service, financial services, call center, or administrative experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems Strong attention to detail and professionalism Ability to pass background and credit checks
Preferred:
Experience in banking, auto finance, loan servicing, card services, or financial operations Bilingual English/Spanish Previous CRM or customer support platform experience Physical requirements The position is not physically demanding.
