Back Office Operations Specialist (Financial Services) Full-time Entry to
Mid-Level Strictly Administrative Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized detailed driven Operations Specialist to join our financial services team. This is a fast-paced, strictly administrative "back office" role that requires exceptional accuracy, efficiency, professionalism, and follow through. This is NOT a sales job. You will not be selling investments or meeting with clients to give financial advice. Instead , this position focuses on supporting the daily insurance and broker-dealer operations of the firm through paperwork processing, account maintenance, transfer tracking, compliance support, recordkeeping, and general administrative operations. This is a high-responsibility administrative position. Making sure everything is completed correctly, and on time is critical to success in this position. Mistakes can delay client accounts and financial transactions, so accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important to this role. This position is best for someone who:- Learns quickly

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, banking, legal, insurance, or financial services experienced preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Ability to learn financial software platforms quickly
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
