Asst Controller

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to support the financial operations for Kuki`o Golf and Beach Club (KGBC) and Kuki`o Community Association (KCA). The Assistant Controller will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of financial policies. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles. Good organizational skills and the ability wo work well independently. Attention to quality and detail. - Strong computer skills - extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing daily accounting operations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making. Participate in audits and internal controls testing. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
