Operations Summary:

Looking for a customer service oriented individual with previous bank experience. Qualified candidate must possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, strong multitasking skills and ability to work with little supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate daily back office operations, including transaction processing, account maintenance, and reconciliation. Oversee the timely resolution of operational issues and member inquiries related to accounts and transactions. Checking Savings Certificates of Deposit IRA Money Market Debit Card ATM Card Online Banking Application General Customer Assistance Any and all other requests from internal and external customers Perform in depth account research as needed Maintain Distinctive Customer Service Answer customer calls and questions in a courteous timely fashion. Work with internal bank customers Research for internal and external customers as requested Compliance Adhere to rules and regulations - internal and governmental Experience (preferred) Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial institution operations. CIF Maintenance & input ACH processing Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of banking regulations, back office systems, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
