This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate coordination, processing, and disbursement of escrow transactions. What You'll Do:
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams Review escrow orders and ensure accuracy of transactions Initiate and process wire transfers and deposits Monitor disbursement timelines and manage escrow workflow Coordinate closely with Settlement Officers to support closings Handle customer inquiries and support reconciliation and reporting activities Process payments, invoices, and assist with billing follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in real estate closings, loan processing, or accounting Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Solid understanding of financial processes, ledgers, and reconciliation Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Proficiency with business systems; SoftPro experience is a plus Ability to identify risk and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information
