Financing & Receivables Coordinator

Join a dynamic finance team as a Financing & Receivables Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. This role is essential in managing customer financing workflows, overseeing receivables, and ensuring accurate payment reconciliation. The ideal candidate will play a key part in supporting the companys financial operations by maintaining organized processes and fostering strong communication with both internal teams and external financing partners. Responsibilities Track financing approvals and funding to ensure timely processing Reconcile lender deposits and dealer fees for accuracy Manage receivables aging reports and monitor outstanding balances Post customer payments and financing proceeds to appropriate accounts Coordinate collections efforts to resolve overdue accounts Monitor unfunded or partially funded jobs and follow up as needed Assist with processing refunds and cancellations Communicate with financing partners to resolve issues and facilitate transactions Qualifications Experience in accounts receivable or financing preferred Strong communication skills High attention to detail Organized and process-oriented Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr Experience and License Requirements Accounts Receivable (optional) Financing (optional)
