This position maintains journal financial records, processes revenues and payments, prepares routine financial reports, and supports federal, state, and local tax filings for the Tulane Law Review Association. The role coordinates journal budgets, manages subscriptions and customer accounts, and provides administrative support to student Business Editors and departmental leadership. In addition, the position supports the planning and execution of journal-related events and performs general office management functions. High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of directly-related bookkeeping or accounting experience College degree More than two years experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro, Excel and/or in Microsoft Word XP for Windows Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and professional Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Word XP for Windows and Excel Strong organizational and management skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to work independently and improvise in special request cases.
